This course aims to study biochemistry science exploring learning strategies that involve contextualized and illustrated situations related to principal topics of biochemistry. In this way, will be presented the groups of biomolecules (carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids) in the context of pharmacy, (bio)medicine, veterinary, biology, chemistry, and chemical engineering, aiming to illustrate their relationships in applied and practical ways. At the end, the students will be able to explain the metabolic pathways that involve the biomolecules in the real context of our professions with autonomy and critical thinking
