Undergraduate and Graduate courses in different languages and levels of proficiency and knowledge.

The PUCPR Global Classes program offers courses in different languages for Brazilian and international students. It includes three levels of international language proficiency (basic, intermediate, and advanced) and opportunities in different fields at PUCPR's campuses in Curitiba, Londrina, and Toledo.

Global Classes Levels

The courses are available to all students (both local and international), across three proficiency levels: basic (GCL 1), intermediate (GCL 2), and advanced (GCL 3 and GCL 4). GCL 4 stands out as a binational/multinational and collaborative course.

  • Teaching materials are provided in an international language for classroom use, with complementary availability in Portuguese.
  • Bibliographic materials are available in both Portuguese and the international language.
  • Lectures, in-class discussions, and student presentations are conducted in Portuguese, but the use of the international language is also acceptable.
  • Assessments are conducted in Portuguese, but the use of an international language is allowed upon prior agreement between the student and the professor.
  • Teaching materials are provided in an international language for classroom use, with complementary availability in Portuguese.
  • Bibliographic materials are available in both Portuguese and the international language.
  • Lectures are delivered in an international language.
  • In-class discussions and student presentations are conducted in an international language, while the use of Portuguese is permitted by both students and the professor during the class.class.
  • Assessments are conducted in Portuguese, but the use of an international language is allowed upon prior agreement between the student and the professor.
  • Teaching materials and bibliographic resources are provided in an international language.

Collaborative online teaching/learning model between professors and students in curricular courses (undergraduate or graduate), with shared content.

COIL encourages teamwork, intercultural communication, creativity, and problem-solving in diverse contexts.

The goal is to develop intercultural competencies, digital skills, and new technology applications in the current landscape.

É um conjunto de ações para “internacionalização em casa”, ou seja, você pode se “internacionalizar” sem precisar sair do seu país. Neste programa, há disciplinas ofertadas em línguas estrangeiras em um dos três níveis: GCL1 – Level 1 (básico), GCL2 – Level 2 (intermediário) e GCL3 – Level 3 (avançado).

Com professores dos cursos da PUCPR e pode ser que você tenha como colegas de turma, além de outros estudantes da PUCPR, estudantes internacionais de outros países que estão realizando intercâmbio acadêmico, o que enriquecerá sua experiência.
