The course is aimed at students interested in understanding, researching and developing a “Strategic Planning Project for Creative Studios or Architecture or Design Companies”. Throughout the course, concepts, functions, theories, tendencies, models and decisions of Administration and Management will be studied, including applications in companies. Students will be guided to research and develop a project in a company. At the end of the course, they will have a technical-scientific basis to analyze and design solutions for companies, considering the strategies, information, system and information technology resources applied in companies concerned with their Organizational Intelligence and with the quality of their services or products or projects.
