This course will provide an introduction to the arbitration process focusing in Brazilian Law. It alsowill provide a study about the NY Convention and the Uncitral Model Law on international commercial arbitration, as well as about de IBA rules on international arbitration.
The classes will predominantly utilize active learning methodologies where students will practice research and public speaking skills
