This course covers the main issues and theoretical-practical approaches in the field of translation studies. In it, students articulate the cultural, social, and ethical dimensions of the translation process. At the end, students will be able to relate the concepts of language, text, meaning, and translation through the practice of translating texts of various genres and humor.
